Refunds & Exchanges
Refund Policy
Ballistic armor is made to order and the following items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes ballistic helmets, body armor, ballistic shields, and special order items. All other items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in a new or unworn condition free of any signs of use at the expense of the consumer. Refunds are subject up to a 20% restocking fee. In the unlikely event of a product defect or delivery of the incorrect product, Boydd Products will provide a return shipping label.
